🎉 Big News: Autochart.ai is Now SOC 2 Compliant!
We’re thrilled to announce that Autochart.ai is officially SOC 2 compliant. This is a huge step forward in reinforcing our commitment to security, privacy, and trust. Achieving this certification means that the way we handle your data meets the highest industry standards.
We couldn’t be more excited to share this milestone with you! It’s a reflection of both our team’s dedication and your continued support.
🌍 French Support Expanded
We’ve expanded Autochart.ai in French, making the platform more accessible than ever for French-speaking providers. Our Help Center is now available in French, and we’ve also addressed formatting and interface issues to make sure the French experience feels just as smooth and reliable as English. This marks an important step forward in supporting both official languages, and we’ll continue to build on this foundation in the months ahead.
🏥 PHSA BC AI Scribe Trial: Cycle 2 Underway
We’re excited to share that Cycle 2 of the PHSA BC AI Scribe Trial is now underway and it’s going successfully! Providers across BC are actively using Autochart.ai in their clinical settings, and the feedback has been incredibly encouraging.
This trial is helping to validate the impact of AI-powered charting at scale, and the early results continue to show how Autochart.ai reduces documentation burden while supporting high-quality patient care. A big thank-you to all participants: your involvement is shaping the future of digital health in BC.
🤝 Showcasing at the Richmond Division of Family Practice (RDFP) Tech Fair & the OntarioMD Digital Health Conference 2025
On September 20th, we connected with family physicians, clinic staff, and health system leaders at the RDFP Tech Fair 2025 in Richmond, BC and on September 18th and 19th, we had the opportunity to network with other end-users and thought leaders at the OntarioMD Digital Health Conference 2025 in Toronto, Ontario.
In Richmond, as an exhibitor in the AI section, Autochart.ai demonstrated how our scribe captures patient–provider conversations and generates notes automatically. Thank you to everyone who stopped by. Your feedback and enthusiasm keep pushing us forward.
🔐 Security Update (Early September)
At the beginning of September, we rolled out a major security update to strengthen and future-proof Autochart.ai. If you noticed any hiccups after that update, please don’t hesitate to reach out, our team is here to help.
🐞 Bug Fixes & Improvements
- ✅ Fixed the auto sign-out feature.
- ✅ Added the Subscribe Now button with promo-code entry.
- ✅ Updated the Billing section and made it easier to access payment information.
- ✅ And plenty of other small fixes and refinements for a smoother experience.
👀 Sneak Peek into the Next Few Weeks: Mobile Apps
We’re putting the finishing touches on Autochart.ai mobile apps for both iOS and Android. Soon you’ll be able to capture encounters, review notes, and stay productive all from the Autochart.ai app. Stay tuned for the official launch in the coming weeks! 🚀
