Our Story

Autochart.ai was born in a medical clinic out of the frustrations of doctors and nurses saddled with the burden of documentation and paperwork which sucked the joy out of medicine, and deprived patients of feeling a connection with their provider.

We designed this tool for ourselves first and foremost. As we iterated and refined the tool we found that we could not live without it and every time we showed our tool to other providers, their lives were transformed like ours.

Our Mission

Our goal is to bring medicine into the 21st century through technology and digital innovation. We want practitioners to feel unstuck and enjoy medicine, capable of focusing more on things they 'want' to do, rather than the things they 'have' to do. We want them to leave work on time, enjoy better work-life balance, and fully be present with their families without stress over unfinished tasks.
